No Refund Policy – Custom Apparel

At R+J3 Customs, each shirt is made-to-order with custom designs, sizes, and styles chosen by you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

• ✅ No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once your order has been placed and production has begun.

• ✅ Defective or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with an error caused on our end, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your item. We will gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost.

• ✅ Sizing & Design Proofs: It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizes, proofs, and design details before approving and placing the order.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

• 📦 Flat Rate Shipping
  We offer a flat shipping fee of $10 on all orders within the U.S. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your order is on its way.

• 🏠 Local Pickup
  Customers may select Local Pickup at checkout to save on shipping costs. Pickup will be available at a preagreed location. You’ll receive an email/text notification once your order is ready.

• ⏱ Processing Time
  Please allow at least 3 business days for production before your order ships.

• ❗ Lost or Delayed Packages
  Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier.
